If your blanket is pooling during use, we recommend checking that the blanket is securely fastened to the duvet. To do this, unzip the duvet and use the ties around the perimeter of the blanket to attach it to the duvet. If this pooling still persists , please reach out to us as there may be an issue with your ties.
If you are concerned with the someone's ability to remove the blanket on their own without assistance, we do not recommend letting them using the blanket without supervision and putting it away and out of reach when you are not home.
There are ties that connect the duvet to the inner weighted blanket. When you receive your blanket, we recommend unzipping the duvet to ensure the ties are secured so the blanket does not pool in one place.
Yes, both the inner layer and duvet are machine washable. For ongoing care, remove the cover before washing, and machine wash in cold water with similar colors, using non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry on low and cool iron if needed. My Calm Blanket can also be dry cleaned.

For children, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly, the guardian or caregiver will need to use discretion as to whether-or-not My Calm Blanket can be used without risk. My Calm Blanket should never be used as a form of punishment or restraint. Failure to follow these instructions could result in suffocation.
My Calm Blanket 30-Day Return Policy. In order to qualify for our 30-Day Return Policy, the following must be met: - Items must be returned unopened (in their original bag - you can open your box) and undamaged - You must contact our customer success team here for an authorization that the return is valid
We will only honor refunds that are requested within 30 days from your delivery date (as per your UPS tracking). If today's date is more than 30 days after your delivery, we will not able to issue a refund.

What If I opened the box and bag but did not use the blanket? Customers may return opened but undamaged blankets within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, please note, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
What if I want another weight? Customer may exchange their undamaged blanket within 14 days of delivery for another weight and will be charged or refunded the difference depending on your choice of weight. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
What if the blanket arrived damage? Customer may return blankets that arrived in poor quality within 7 days of delivery for a full refund and at no return cost to the customer. This must be approved by our customer success team.
