My Calm Blanket 30-Day Return Policy.
In order to qualify for our 30-Day Return Policy, the following must be met:
- Items must be returned unopened (in their original bag - you can open your box) and undamaged
- You must contact our customer success team here for an authorization that the return is valid


We will only honor refunds that are requested within 30 days from your delivery date (as per your UPS tracking). If today's date is more than 30 days after your delivery, we will not able to issue a refund.


All returns must be approved and authorized to be refunded.


What If I opened the box and bag but did not use the blanket?
Customers may return opened but undamaged blankets within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, please note, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.


What if I want another weight? 
Customer may exchange their undamaged blanket within 14 days of delivery for another weight and will be charged or refunded the difference depending on your choice of weight. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.


What if the blanket arrived damage?
Customer may return blankets that arrived in poor quality within 7 days of delivery for a full refund and at no return cost to the customer. This must be approved by our customer success team.

Note: The blanket must be clean and free of any debris or pet hair. Items must be returned in their original bag - and undamaged, just like you received them. reserves the right to apply a 20% fee to blankets that are returned in poor condition.
